Our Shipping Policy.

Once your online purchase has been processed, we will directly prepare your package.

All our products are made in Bali and will be shipped from Bali.

We are shipping worldwide in 7 to 10 days maximum.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, please check your spam box or email us at hello@awildstore.com

Taxes, Import Liabilities & Duties.

Taxes, duties, Custom policies and fees are different in each country we are shipping to.

For some countries, you will have to pay additional duties and/or taxes, this is not depending on Awild Store. This has to be paid to your country customs directly. Please note Awild does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Awild Store does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Awild store is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Please be aware of your customs policies.

Online Retail Return and Refund policy.

We work everyday towards creating an amazing experience for you. Online purchased items can be refund within a period of 15 days from the date you receive the package, provided that these items are not used, damaged or cleaned and are in the same condition as when originally purchased, including the label tag. Proof of purchase must be submitted by receipt or credit card slip. 15 days and 100% refund return policy in Indonesia and 95% worldwide (to cover transactions and credit card fees).

If sadly you are not satisfied with your order within 15 days from the time of purchase, please email us at hello@awildstore.com with your full name and order number, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue or processing your retail return. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Due to health reasons, bikini bottoms cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that you assume any risk of damages, so it’s important to ensure that the product is well packaged and protected.

The Retail Refund Process

Once our team receives your package and check on the products, it will take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

No Return or Refund on Skincare

Consistency is key with natural skin care products. Although some may notice an immediate transformation, it can take up to 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to your new products. The most visible results will appear within 3-5 weeks of consistent use.

Since skin care products cannot be resold once opened and in an effort to minimise waste, please contact our team prior to ordering should you have any specific questions on AWILD products and how they will work best within your daily skin care ritual.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or issue refunds for skincare. We recommend new customers familiarise themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that they are informed before committing to purchase.
