You've met the skincare. You've worn the clothes. You've probably seen our facial studios pop up all over your feed.

But who actually makes all this happen?

Welcome to Studio Notes, where we're pulling back the curtain and introducing the beautiful chaos behind AWILD. These are the humans turning big ideas into products, stores, facials, photoshoots and somehow making it all look effortless.

Spoiler alert: it isn't.

🍊 Chloe — The Captain Who Never Stays still

Calling Chloe the captain of the ship doesn't quite cover it, because she's also downstairs scrubbing the deck, hoisting the sails and probably teaching everyone else how to tie the knots.

As founder (and certified herbalist), Chloe formulates every single skincare product, designs every facial treatment, trains our therapists, designs our clothing, sources fabrics, works directly with local farmers growing our botanical ingredients, develops new ideas... and somehow still knows where that one missing sample disappeared to.

What she thinks she does: Builds a brand powered by nature, transparency and ridiculously good products.

What she actually does: About seventeen full-time jobs before lunch.

Fueled by: Herbal extracts, colour swatches and the inability to leave a good idea unfinished.

📋 Ali — The Chaos Controller

Every creative company needs someone asking, "Cool idea... but who's paying for it?"

Meet Ali.

Co-founder and the operational brain that quietly keeps the wheels turning. While everyone else is sprinting toward the next launch, Ali is making sure systems make sense and the business doesn't accidentally descend into complete creative anarchy.

What he thinks he does: Keeps the business running efficiently.

What he actually does: Fixes problems before anyone else even notices they exist.

Fueled by: Checklists, spreadsheets and answering questions that start with, "Quick one..."

🏍️ Wiwin — The Human Teleporter

Have you ever wondered how every store somehow has exactly what it needs?

That means Wiwin has already been there.

One minute she's at HQ, the next she's in a facial studio, then a retail store, then back to the office before lunch. From staff schedules to stock levels to making sure every location runs exactly as it should, she's constantly in motion.

What she thinks she does: Oversees operations across AWILD.

What she actually does: Travels approximately the length of Bali every single day solving tiny problems before they become big ones.

Fueled by: Phone calls, perfectly timed WhatsApps and knowing where absolutely everyone is.

📦 Nanda — King of Consignments

If you walk into one of our stockists and your favourite face oil is sitting patiently on the shelf...You can thank Nanda.

He's constantly zig-zagging across Bali delivering stock, organising consignments and making sure AWILD products end up exactly where they're supposed to be. If something needs moving, chances are Nonda has already loaded it into the car.

What he thinks he does: Coordinates stock distribution.

What he actually does: Drives every road in Bali making sure nobody ever has to leave empty-handed.

Fueled by: Petrol, packing tape and immaculate timing.

☕ Asher — The Marketing Magician

If you've clicked our website, read a blog, watched a Reel, opened an email or found us on social... hi.

That was probably Asher.

She designed and built our website, manages the socials, writes the blogs (including this one... awkward), creates campaigns, photographs products, edits videos and somehow survives on what can only be described as a medically questionable amount of coffee.

What she thinks she does: Builds a brand people can't stop talking about.

What she actually does: Has approximately 48 browser tabs open at all times while saying, "Just one more tiny edit."

Fueled by: Seventeen coffees a day and the dopamine hit of a perfectly performing Reel.

✂️ Vina — The Pattern Whisperer

Before a garment is stitched, it starts with Vina.

As our Head Pattern Maker, she's the one turning sketches into patterns that actually fit real humans. Every curve, seam and proportion is carefully considered before a single piece of fabric is cut. If something hangs perfectly, moves beautifully or somehow feels like it was made just for you, there's a very good chance Vina had something to do with it.

What she thinks she does: Engineers beautifully fitting garments.

What she actually does: Measures everything twice, solves fashion's impossible puzzles and quietly reminds everyone that "we can't just make it work."

Fueled by: Measuring tape, precision and just enough office gossip to keep things interesting.

🧵 ILuh — The Master Maker

If Vina creates the blueprint, Iluh brings it to life.

As our Chief Tailor, Iluh is the steady hand behind the sewing machine, transforming carefully cut pieces into finished garments with incredible attention to detail. Every stitch matters, every finish is considered, and somehow she manages to do it all while keeping the conversation flowing.

What she thinks she does: Crafts beautifully made clothing with exceptional attention to detail.

What she actually does: Stitches with impossible precision while simultaneously knowing everyone's business (and probably starting none of it).

Fueled by: Strong thread, steady hands and the latest workshop gossip.

🐶 Yoko — Head of Morale

Every workplace has that one colleague who somehow makes everyone's day better.

Ours just happens to have four legs.

Yoko takes her role as Chief Happiness Officer very seriously, making her rounds between the office, tailoring room and studios to ensure every team member receives adequate pats, emotional support and the occasional reminder to stop working and go outside.

She's an expert in greeting visitors, supervising snack breaks and strategically appearing whenever food is involved. Productivity may briefly decline when she's around, but team morale reaches an all-time high.

What she thinks she does: Oversees the wellbeing of the entire AWILD team.

What she actually does: Sleeps through meetings, demands belly rubs and somehow still gets promoted every year.

Fueled by: Treats, tennis balls and an unwavering belief that every delivery driver came specifically to see her.

At the end of the day, we're just a wildly ambitious bunch of creatives, makers, problem-solvers and professional multitaskers trying to build something we're genuinely proud of.

We obsess over the little things so you don't have to.
