Skincare
Our ranges, how to use them, and which products are right for your skin.
Our skincare is organised into five core ranges, each targeting a different skin goal:
- Superclean — Cleansing and purifying formulas to remove impurities without stripping the skin.
- Superboost — Active serums and treatments to boost radiance, target concerns, and amplify your routine.
- Supershroom — Mushroom-powered formulas designed to strengthen the skin barrier and calm inflammation.
- Superfood — Nutrient-rich formulas packed with botanical actives to nourish and restore the skin.
- Superscreen — Sun care designed to protect without compromise.
All AWILD skincare is formulated to be gentle and effective across skin types. Each product page details which skin types and concerns it's best suited to.
If you're unsure where to start, you can shop by skin concern — whether that's acne and congestion, dehydration, sensitivity, hyperpigmentation, or something else — via the Shop Skincare page. You're also welcome to reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
While nothing in our formulas has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we always recommend sharing our ingredient lists with your healthcare provider before use. Full ingredient lists are available on every product page.

The full ingredient list for every product is available on its individual product page. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, we recommend reviewing the list carefully or emailing our team before purchasing.
As a general rule, apply products from lightest to heaviest texture: cleanser → toner → serum → moisturiser → face oil → SPF (in the morning).
Each product page includes specific usage guidance. If you'd like a personalised routine recommendation, reach out to us or book a facial at one of our Bali studios where our therapists can advise you directly.
Shelf life varies by product and is indicated on the packaging by the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol — the open jar icon with a number of months. [Confirm: any general shelf-life info, e.g. 12–24 months unopened, X months after opening].
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maximise their shelf life.

Swim & Apparel
Sizing, care, materials, and everything in between.
Each swim and apparel product has a size guide available on its product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart rather than going by your usual clothing size, as fit can vary by style.
If you're between sizes or need advice, reach out to our team and we'll help you find the right fit.

To extend the life of your swimwear, we recommend:
- Rinse in cold water immediately after wearing in the pool or ocean.
- Hand wash with a gentle detergent — avoid machine washing where possible.
- Do not wring or twist. Lay flat to dry in the shade; avoid direct sunlight when drying.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces, sunscreen, and oils before they've fully absorbed into the skin.
Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment and detailed on the product page. As a general guide: [e.g. cold gentle machine wash, hang to dry, do not tumble dry]. We recommend following the label for each specific piece.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if it has not been worn and the hygiene liner is intact. Please see our Returns & Refunds section for full details.

All bookings are made online through our booking platform. You can book directly via the Book a Facial link, where you can choose your treatment, studio location, and preferred time.

We recommend arriving with a clean face where possible. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are using any active skincare ingredients (such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or prescription treatments) as this may influence which treatments are suitable for you.

Yes. We have treatments specifically suited to sensitive skin, including the Barrier Repair Facial. We tailor all of our facials to your skin's current condition, and our therapists are trained to adapt pressure and product selection accordingly.

Yes. All AWILD skincare products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals — only on willing human skin.

Orders & Payment
Placing orders, payment options, and managing your account.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. [Confirm: Afterpay / Buy Now Pay Later availability if applicable.]
Our team begins processing orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes after an order is placed. If you need to amend or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order via the carrier's tracking page. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Shipping
Delivery timeframes, costs, and where we ship.
We ship worldwide. All products are made in Bali and shipped directly from Bali. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, reach out to us at hello@awildstore.com.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. [Confirm: free shipping threshold if applicable]
All orders are shipped worldwide within 7–10 days maximum. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you can't locate this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@awildstore.com.
Customs policies, duties, and taxes differ by country and are not covered by AWILD. Any additional charges applied by the destination country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to customs.
AWILD does not accept responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply, nor for cases where customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting customs payment. We recommend familiarising yourself with your local customs policies before ordering.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking information using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows it's been delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or your building's reception.

Returns & Refunds
Our policy, how to start a return, and what to expect.
Online purchases can be refunded within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when purchased — including the original label and tags. Proof of purchase (receipt or credit card slip) must be provided.
Refunds are 100% for orders within Indonesia, and 95% for international orders (the 5% covers transaction and credit card fees).
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs and import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Email us at hello@awildstore.com within 15 days of receiving your order with your full name and order number, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue or processing your return.
Please ensure the product is well packaged and protected when returning — you assume the risk of any damage in transit.
For health and hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms cannot be refunded or returned. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering, or reach out to our team for sizing advice.
Due to the nature of natural skincare, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or issue refunds for skincare products once they have been opened.
Consistency is key with natural skincare — some may notice an immediate transformation, but it can take up to 2 weeks for your skin to adapt to new products, with the most visible results appearing within 3–5 weeks of consistent use.
We recommend new customers review the full ingredient list and product purpose before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please email us at hello@awildstore.com — we're happy to help you find the right fit for your skin.
Once our team receives and inspects your return, it will take up to 5–10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
No refunds are accepted in our physical studios — please try all items in store before purchasing. Items can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and skincare products cannot be refunded or exchanged in store.
